Orders will be shipped within 7 days after payment. Goods will be sent via registered airmail (Hong Kong's official postal service) and takes approximately 16~20 days to arrive.
Shipping fee will be shown in the Checkout page after filling in your shipping address. The shipping fee depends on the weight of the goods and the shipping destination.
You will receive an email on shipping confirmation with a tracing number. You may track your order on the post link for real time information. Please contact us if you cannot receive your item over 1 month.
Please noted that once the order is confirmed, additional item cannot be added on the same order and different order will be shipped separately.
An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. There is a 5% administrative handling charge for order cancellation. Once the parcel is shipped, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled
